We offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee on standard-size mattresses. Mattresses returned or exchanged must be in like-new condition with no stains, no smells, and no damage. Mattresses showing signs of misuse or hygiene issues cannot be accepted.

Custom-size mattresses for RVs, Boats, and Container Ships are non-returnable and non-cancelable.
Manufacturer defects may be covered under individual brand warranties.
