Refund Policy

We offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee on standard-size mattresses. Mattresses returned or exchanged must be in like-new condition with no stains, no odors, and no damage. Mattresses showing signs of misuse, abuse, or hygiene issues cannot be accepted.

If the return is due to a comfort preference and not a manufacturer defect, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Custom-size mattresses for RVs, Boats, and Container Ships are non-returnable and non-cancelable.

Manufacturer defects may be covered under individual brand warranties.
